Realtor recommendations-Fox Valley
Hi! I'm new to this board, we are going to start the home buying process! We live in Neenah--anyone work with a good realtor in this area? (or if you had a bad experience so we can be sure to avoid!). I would really appreciate any suggestions or input! Thanks!

We are renters so haven't had any personal realtor experience, but I have heard VERY STRONG reviews to avoid Todd Weise. (Source: other realtors who share office space with my company say they always end up trying to hide the extra fees his company charges. Also a few CWs have commented about their dissatisfication.)
We used Alice and Andy Andersen (Coldwell Banker, I think??) They were nice. I can't say anything bad .. we are a goofy case because we are anal and searched out a bunch of houses that we wanted to go and look at and pretty much gave them the list (versus them finding things for us to see).. but they were great, spent an entire Sunday with us and coordinated house hunting from across the United States (we were in Washington when we moved to Neenah). Also, they live in Neenah and have for quite a few years so they are helpful regarding areas to look/avoid/etc.
