I just watched it on the DVR. I am continually amazed by Caitlin and Tyler's strength. I feel terrible for Amber's child being exposed to their fighting and her new (sketch-ball) boyfriend. If Maci even thinks about getting back together with Ryan, I will slap her. And Farrah's relationship with her family is such a train wreck...
Have they aired the after-finale special yet?

I really dislike Amber and why is he changing Leah?? LIKE WHY!!!
I didn't watch all of it. 90 minutes is just too long for me to watch. Maybe I'll catch up online anyway....
Farrah: First she wants to be treated like a normal renter, then when her mom wants her to pay a prorated amount for the early move in and application fee she gets all upset. Guess what Farrah, that's called life and it sucks. Be thankful she is letting you live there. PS her date was alright I thought, good for her.
Amber=train.wreck. I feel so bad for Leah. Amber's new BF is SKETCH!! I haven't watched the whole diaper scene but yeah, its wierd.
Caitlyn: when Teresa was reading the recordable book, I nearly cried. I think their story shows what a blessing adoptions can be, both to the biological and adoptive parents. I'm really proud of Caitlyn. Although when Tyler was talking to Brandon and Teresa, Caitlyn just starred at Carly while she made the funny faces, I couldn't help but wonder if she regretted her decision. Just for that one moment until she remembered what a selfless thing she did for everyone involved.
Maci: Good for her for being an adult and letting Ryan have Bentley more. Even though they had agreed on something else. I really hope they don't get back together. I think it would really confuse Bentley, especially if it doesn't work out.
I definitely cried when Theresa pulled out the recordable book. What a lovely gift and such a special way for Carly to "know" her biological parents. I am always so impressed with their strength and maturity. I definitely wasn't that selfless at 16/17.
Farrah bothers me. It likes she's hot and cold. Figure it out.
Amber...well Amber is just a nutcase. She meets some guy in the walmart parking lot...goes on ONE date and lets the dude move in with her and her kid. Brilliant parenting, really.
Maci did the right thing by letting Ryan see Bentley more, but I felt so sad for her while she was crying. I could completely understand how they might entertain the idea of getting back together simply because it's the easiest solution to their Bentley/time issue, but it definitely isn't right for them.
The after-finale special airs next Tuesday at 10pm. I can't wait!!
I am addicted and DH hates that I am, but it's one of those shows you just can't turn away from.
I, too, cried like a baby during the whole part on Caitlin and Tyler. They have so much strength!!
As for all of them, everything you all have said I couldn't agree more on.
That was a GREAT episode! I cried during the Caitlyn and Tyler scenes too.
I saw Maci on this cover when I was at the grocery store and gasped. I wonder if its true....

I don't think Maci and Ryan are getting back together. When they were discussing it in the finale, they both agreed that they didn't want it. I think he was just asking to see what she would say. I think they both realize that they're not meant for each other. I actually saw in the preview for the reunion show, the Dr. Drew asks Maci if she and Kyle are back together and I'm sure it's just for ratings and to get people to watch, but it somewhat eludes to them being back together. I would LOVE that...I really like Kyle and the two of them together.
Amber = HOT MESS!!! She is just trash. Period. I really don't care for Gary but I do respect how he's handling the situation and trying to look out for Leah. That poor child...I just can't imagine what her life is going to be like. Amber needs a rude awakening. She either needs to have her daughter taken away from her or she needs to go to jail. I understand why Gary didn't lash out towards her when she's beating the crap out of him (I know he could run the risk of losing Leah as well and she really needs at least one of her parents), BUT, if it were me, I'd have a hard time not punching her back. I don't condone guys hitting girls, but abuse comes in all forms and she needs to have the crap beat out of her!
I am so happy that Caitlyn and Tyler have finally found themselves again and are in a good place in their relationship as well as with Brandon/Theresa. I'm glad that they're finally opening up to letting Caitlyn and Tyler be a little more involved in their life. I'll admit it, I cried watching them with Carly. She is ADORABLE and they were both so good with her. The recordable book was the perfect gift...they are so giving and I really believe they're changing their lives for the better.
Farrah is, well, Farrah, I guess! I really don't even know what to say about her! Sometimes I feel like she's really trying and making great progress and then other times I just want to smack her and ask what's wrong with her! It really annoys me that she calls her Dad, Michael, instead of Dad...who does that?! Have some respect! She's got a long way to go but I *think* she'll eventually get there.
