Re: BR - rec. your stroller

  • I have a graco travel system. It was great when Xander was an infant because the infant seat would just fit onto it. We still use it now, but Xander doesn't like that it doesn't sit up straight enough. It is great that the seat can lay mostly flat and I can have him nap on his belly in it.

  • We did the Snap and Go route until just last month when we traded the Snap and Go at BRU for the Chicco Cortina. We like it well enough, we haven't used it too much to really say but the reviews I saw were pretty good. I also want to get an umbrella stroller for the quick, small trips.?

  • I love our umbrella stroller, except Xander tried to escape from it yesterday while we were at the store.

  • Graco Travel System, and if you are interested in a jogging stroller I recommend a joovy!
  • We were going to go with the Cortina, but I changed to the Snap N Go. We dont have it yet so its not a rec, but thats what we are doing.

  • We did the Gracco Travel Sys. I love it, very easy to fold up/manage/use. It rolls great and so smoothly. The carseat snaps into it and straps on for extra protection. The bottom storage holds quite a bit. Theres 2 cup holders and a place that snaps closed for your keys or what have you.
  • We also have the Graco travel system. It is so easy to deal with and it is not super huge.

  • i recommend 3 :)

i LOVE my snap and go for quick trips in and out of stores. especially when she's sleeping. eventually when she grows out of the snap and go, i have a maclaren triumph which is awesome. i bought it for maeven and it's the best thing ever.

my actual stroller is a bumbleride flyer which is amazing. it's super lightweight and so comfy.  it also has the carseat adapter if i wanted to use it like the snap and go but she loves to sleep in the stroller so i haven't used that adapter yet. i also like how it's from infant to toddler. most strollers have age specifications.  as a matter of fact, maeven even used my bumbleride while she was here and she's the size of a 3 year old.

i highly recommend all of them and don't regret any of them so far :P

  • Snap n go -- we used it until very recently, but now he likes to sit up and look around, so we carry him in a bjorn or ergo when we go out shopping.

We got a BOB revolution for jogging and love it so far. The front wheel can either lock or swivel, depending on whether you're jogging or doing something that needs more maneuverability. But, we'll still probably use the bjorn if we're out shopping or not on a walk.

  • BOB Revolution... not the cheapest by any means, but I L-O-V-E that it turns on a dime--one hand turning, folds up really easy, front wheel swivels or can be stationary, wheels can be easily removed and put back on for more room/foldability, the infant car seat attachment is easy to put on and when you are ready, becomes a snack/toy/travel tray for the stroller. Can off road and pavement easily.

Also for the quick trip, now that Dunc is older I love my Beco Gemni baby carrier to strap him in for quick trips to the store. It has front forward or tummy facing carry, back carry, and hip carry. And it is easy to get him in and out of.

  • We have the Chicco Cortina stroller and the Chicco Keyfit 30 infant car seat.  I love them both and cant wait to actually use them!
