Camera on my phone

I have a HTC Incredible, and whenever I email a pix to myself to print so to say, it's always grainy... any ideas?

Re: Camera on my phone

  • I don't know the specs on the HTC but try changing the resolution on your phone for the photos it takes. Remember, it's a camera on a phone, it's not necessarily going to be print quality.
  • You can change the size and/or quality in the camera settings somewhere. If it's already set at the highest, there's not really anything you can do about it. It's a camera phone picture, it's already low quality regardless of the size and resolution. The graininess is usually due to a high ISO. The less light, the higher the ISO. I don't think you can change the ISO on your camera phone, so the only thing you can really do to prevent that is to try to take phones in areas with the most light.
