  • Mulled wine or mulled cider... I've never had or made them but I'm planning to for our Christmas party!

  • I love mulled cider! An option might be to toss in some apple brandy or rum for a "spiked" kick.

  • I usually throw apple cider with some cinnamon sticks in a crockpot and leave a captain morgan's bottle nearby so people can spike their own cider to the level they want (or not at all).

I have also made something called klug(sp?) wine.  Its  a mulled wine with fruit and spices.  I've done that in the crockpot or on the stove.  I don't remember the recipe I used but if you goolge that you should find some.

  • Pumpkin Pie Martini:

Ice cubes 2 ounces (1/4 cup) vanilla vodka 2 ounces (1/4 cup) cr?me de cacao 1/4 cup heavy cream 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice Whipped cream, for garnish

  • I make a Pumpkin Pie Martini - it is a huge hit in the fall!

    Pumpkin Vodka:
Mix one bottle of vanilla vodka with one can of pumpkin, cover in an air tight container and refridgerate for 24-28 hours.  Strain (will take several hours to really get all the liquids out), pressing on solids to get as much vodka as possible.  Keep pumpkin vodka refridgerated.

Mix 3 oz pumpkin vodka, 1 oz Vanilla Schnapps, 2 oz Fat-Free Half and Half (or cream or whole milk), and 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice in a shaker w/ ice, Serve Cold.  You can rim the glass in cinnamon and sugar blend as well.

  • How about a Caramel Apple Martini:

    2 parts butterscotch schnapps
    2 parts sour apple schnapps
    1 part vodka

You could even rim the glass with melted caramel first.

  • This is my mom's recipe, I made it for my FIL and they loved it! Not exactly traditional but idc.

    Package of Red Hots
    Apple Cider Gallon
    Peach Schnapps

Heat Cider over med-low heat add red hots and sir until dissolved. Add 1oz of shot to each glass and pour cider over it.
