XP easy, yummy fall treats?

I need some ideas of some sort of side dish or dessert to bring to a "fall" themed party.  I was thinking of making some sort of pumpkin cookies or biscotti or something but I can't find any good recipes.  does anybody know of anything yummy that's easy (and not too expensive) to make?

Worms in dirt ...or sometimes called dirt cake? OR you could stick with anything pumpkin flavored.. like a pie, cookies, or cheesecake?

Pumpkin Mousse:

1 can of pumpkin

1 sm package of vanilla instant pudding

1 tub of cool whip

pumpkin pie spice

mix it all together and serve with ginger snaps for dipping.

Pumpkin cookies - so good!  I omit raisins and nuts and used white choc chips instead of regular.

I'm making a white chocolate-pumpkin desert for a party and it's simple and cheap.  Jello has a pumpkin spice pudding mix out for the holidays, and I just make a package of that, a package of white chocolate pudding, and layer them in a clear glass bowl with crubmled gingerbread cookies and whipped cream.  It makes a pretty dispay.  And you can get the pudding and cool-whip in sugar free varieties too.
