Ionator + Shark Portable Steam Pocket

The Activeion company distributes the Ionator, which ionizes tap water, making the water lay flat (verses bubble up) on a surface, as well as attract ions in dirt particles. It also claims to sanitize when used on a particular area for six seconds. The price tag is hefty, so I am trying to find out all I can.

I would like to know if any one here has any information, experience, skepticism... it's all appreciated. Similarly, I've been interested in the Shark Portable Steam Pocket. We currently use vinegar for sanitizing/stain removal, and would like to know how the ionator and/or steam pocket works in comparison. Does anyone have any experience with either product? Any information is helpful, TIA!!!
