DH Bday Help
My sweetie is turning 30 in February, and I am struggling with ideas. I definitely want to surprise him since he always manages to surprise me.
Here are a few of my ideas, and I would love some suggestions!
1. NFL game--the games we want to see are on weekends we aren't available.
2. Montreal? Not sure if his passport is still good. Mine is expired but I am renewing it.
3. What else does one do in the dead of winter?! We are not outdoorsy at all, so no skiing, etc. but we do like wine!

Wine tasting is fun year round! A coworker just took his wife to Watkins Glen for the day/night to do wine tasting and they stayed at the Harbor House Hotel (?)- got some package with a bottle of champagne, breakfast/dinner, etc. He said it was great.
I agree with the PP, Vermont and the Finger Lakes are always nice, even in the winter - but your plans could get screwed up if there is a bad storm.
Is there anything that he would love to do that you would hate, like - paintball or something? I know when I surprise Jer with something like that he is beyond thrilled.
