Dear Community,

Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

If you have questions about this, please email help@theknot.com.

Thank you.

Note: This only affects The Nest's community members and will not affect members on The Bump or The Knot.

Re: gained

  • Girl, you should try myfitnesspal.com...you can get to the site through the link in my siggy. I love it. It will help you come up with how many calories, fat grams, protein, etc you can have a day based on your weight, activity level, and how much you hope to lose each week. It has been so helpful. You track your food and your exercise...it really helps me stay on track. And there's a "community" on there similar to this and they are super supportive. Annnnd it's free! What other incentive do you need? ;)

Does this surprise you?  Have your eating habits and/or exercise habits changed in a way that a gain makes sense?

I already have sparkpeople, but I never seem to use it.  I really need to start holding myself more accountable for what I eat, and how much I exercise (though I've been doing good with the latter).  maybe I'll check out this new site and see what I think.
