Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

DH is having kidney stone removal surgery tomorrow. That isn't the medical term for it but thats what I am calling it. If you could just keep him in mind and think good thoughts..we are hoping they can remove the one HUGE stone that is stuck and possibly break up the others so he can pass those also. I will be on nurse duty taking care of him the rest of the week!

He is doing as well as can be expected....but they didn't get the stone out. They put a stint in to see if it will help him pass the stone. He is supposed to leave it in as long as he can because if they don't come out he will have to have them cut him open to get them out.
Needless to say our new lifestyle started today! We are walking at the park 3x a week and eating much healther....I don't think he wants anymore of these things!
