YAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm SOOOOOOOOOOO freaking excited!! We're going to get the keys here shortly & can start cleaning & moving in.

Thanks, it's in Avondale...just a few miles from the 10 & the 101, so it'll be real convenient to get most places around.
Thanks, I know, we're super excited for that!! We'll have our first Thanksgiving, Christmas & New Years in our new place right away.
Umm...kinda. They have a clause that says if u buy a house, you give 30 days notice (& of course pay for that month) & then have to pay an extra month past the 30 days. So it's not too bad, plus it'll give us more time to be able to get everything out & not stress w/moving in a wk & 1/2, like we were afraid we'd have to do.
thats great! our apartment lease was simliar to that as well. we planned to take our time moving but we were waaay excited and moved in within 2 weeks of getting the keys lol.
advice: change your locks right away. celebrate your first home by doing 'it' as soon as you go check it out. lol

LOL, too funny! My H already has plans for every room of the house, hahah. We actually changed the locks as soon as we got in, cuz they "misplaced" the real keys & couldn't give them to us. We had to crawl through a window that we found unlocked, to even get in, haha. Needless to say, we were really pissed!
