and..I have a hernia :(
Dr. confirmed it today. Thankfully, it won't cause me to need a c-section, unless it creates complications or becomes strangulated.
I really need to rest as much as possible, not pick up heavy things (like R) and limit other strenuous activities.
Hopefully the achiness settles down, but by the end of the day, its very achy.

I was just thinking this morning about my friend who came to Alex's bday party last year. She walked up the hill to my house carrying her sleeping 4 yr. old...and was 9 mos. pg! She had her baby a week later. It is already getting hard for me to carry Alex around
