Rant: Photographer
I'm so frustrated right now with the company we used for photo/video. 10 days ago they emailed me asking if I'd received the DVD of all our photos. I said no, they said their machine was malfunctioning and they'd get it asap. I said, no problem, but when will my photos be online.
They didn't respond until I emailed them back today. The photos have been online since the 5th! I'm absolutely LIVID! I've been waiting and waiting for them. Especially since I need to order my thank you cards.
I'm sitting at work trying not to cry because I'm so angry and frustrated with them. I really wish we had worked directly with the photographer instead of this company.
My deal is that I am going to murder your puppies and piss on your rainbows.

ugh, i am so sorry about this. what a PITA. there is nothing you can really do about it now, send them a letter complaining about their poor service. enjoy your pictures (and send us all a link!) and order the thank you cards, and then cheer up looking at the memories of your special day.

Yeah, it sucks that their communication blows. All you can do now, though, is write a review and hope other people don't end up having the same bad experience.

I know. I needed to vent. The pictures are awesome (our photographer is awesome) and they def cheered me up!

Their communication sucks. I would be really upset too! Definitely write a review. I'm glad your photographer did a good job for you - your pictures are beautiful!
