Which bank do you use?
We have had a checking account at Chase for 5+ years; with a savings account at a local credit union. The credit union has made various changed we aren't happy with and as a result we are looking for a new financial insituition for our savings account.
We are torn between Chase and Harris. I like Chase, although I know quite a few people who aren't happy with them. I've never had any problems, etc. However, I know Harris is supposed to have excellent customer service, etc.
Both have the same interest rates.
Thoughts?

I have had issues with Chase, but now I have Bank of America, and I will never change! Now I have checking, savings, credit cards and they are helping my husband and I with our financial planning as well as helping us with a mortgage as soon as we decide on a house. It's also really nice when you travel to have atms available for your bank and it was really simple to join accounts with my husband when we got married.
