Is there a local place you can take old cell phones to donate to a charity, needy, or cause? I dont want to just toss them, and give them to someone that may not be able to afford phones.
Any ideas?
Re: Donate old cell phones?
In our fire stations we used to have boxes that were collecting them to give to military personnel to stay in contact with their families.
Maybe call or stop by your local police or fire station and ask them.
I know police stations used to accept them and get them programmed to give to low income people so they could call 911 in the event of an emergency. HTH!
