Stop the presses I got a NICE billing person
I just spent 30 mins chatting and LAUGHING with the billing person at the hospital. I told her about the other billing people and she said they were taking over their billing in Jan. She also confirmed that the woman there was an IDIOT. She also offered to try to talk some sense into the woman.
Even if nothing changes it was a great conversation and confirmed what I was thinking about the idiots.
