PIP: New/1st House!
I haven't done a PIP in a long time, so we'll give it a try. Here's one of the front & 2 of the backyard...can't wait til it warms up again so we can jump in the pool!

Alright, finally got it figured out. Sorry they're huge, but I'm not even gonna try to resize them, haha. The vehicle in the front isn't ours, but the rest of of the place is. It's so awesome to finally be a homeowner & be able to walk into a place & know that it's yours & you don't have to worry about other renters or landlords or anything!
It looks amazing! I can't wait to see pics of the inside! And I am WAY jealous of the backyard with that pool! You better be planning a nestie pool party next summer!

Thanks everyone!! We love it & the moving isn't going too bad so far. We're almost all completely done w/the deep clean, then we'll really get stuff going. They're bringing all our furniture tom., so it'll start to look like a "home" & I can post a few pics of the inside.
It's in Avondale, so no Syndelin, not where you guys were looking, I guess.
