Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

f/u mail order shenanigans
i mentioned on tues that we had issues with one of our crib pieces and they were supposed to send a replacement - when it arrived on tues, it was damaged. DK called BRU customer service and let them know. They apologized profusely and got in touch with the manufacturer.
A new piece with an insane amount of packaging arrived on Wednesday- they sent it priority overnight. No damage. I have to give a ton of credit to BRU customer service - they did a great job coordinating/expediting the replacement.
