Thanks for the update! That sucks.
No layoffs or closures for now. This purchase was great for DH since he does investments. Hopefully they start rebranding to Chase sooner than later.
Of course everyones money is safe. They were bought out. The article says that the assets and deposits were purchased by Chase. Your money is still there. Thank God.
