House plants my cat WONT eat...
Do any plants exist that a cat wont enjoy merrily chewing into oblivion? Also one that wont be toxic when he takes that first taste before he decides he doesn't like it? My cat eats just about anything without thorns and I don't so much fancy thorny cactus plants.

Habanero peppers?
I kid, I kid.
Now seriously, maybe some mouse traps around the plant (where the cat would most likely stand to eat the plant)?
I used these to train my dogs not to jump up on my freshly painted window sills:

They make a loud snapping noise when they shut, but they aren't strong enough to break any kitty limbs. Really, they just need a slight bump to the side to snap shut (they're quite sensitive) so it's unlikely that the cat paw would actually end up inside the mouse trap.
