As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

I feel so bad
My General Manager just called asking what I wanted for my Christmas gift from Head Office along with our bonus. (Ipod, camera, luggage, golf thingie etc). He needs to know by 3pm and I just got home from my job interview with the government.
I feel like a horrible person. It will break my heart to tell him if I get a job offer, and little things like this just make it that much worse.
oh the irony.

Don't feel bad...you need to do what you need to do for you and your family. This is business, not personal, and if you do get offered/accept the other position...just make sure you let the current employer know how much you appreciate everything they have done for you.
Feel blessed either way...we get no bonuses, no gifts, no raises for the past 2 years and another pay freeze for next year, increased medical premiums, and paid holidays have been cut by 2 days.
I totally agree.
