Sprinkles Cupcakes

Ok this is probably a really stupid question but I have never bought cupcakes from them before.  I know they're pretty popular but you don't have to have an order a head of time, right?  I can just go in and pick out a couple?  If I go in the late afternoon am I pretty much screwed in terms of getting flavors I want?

I was thinking of picking up a couple on my way to an appointment at 4pm today as kind of a joke and I'm wondering if it's going to be worth a stop. TIA

BEST.CUPCAKES.EVER.

You can pick up a few with no problems...they usually take orders for larger batches, or special orders (DH sent me some personalized ones for our anniversary)

They have a few flavors that they make each day, but the rest rotate...they have the flavor schedule online.

ENJOY THEM!!! SOOOO YUMMY!

Yes, you can just walk in, pick out the ones you want, and they will box them up for you! But be preapred, they are expensive! I think 3.95 for one?

Yeah I was prepared for this and looked it up to double check.  $3.25 for one, $36 for a dozen.  I had thought a dozen might be $15-18, soooo she'll be getting maybe 4 (+ one for me of course).

I went there with Shawana and I got the Black and White and I hated it. Hubs had the peanut butter one and he loved it. But I dont think I'll ever go back.

Let me know which ones you get, maybe I'll try another but that Black and White was gross.

the pumpkin one is DELICIOUS. that's the only one i had so idk about the others

mmmm.....I totally enjoy Sprinkles cupcakes. I've only tried their red velvet ones and can't bring myself to try others since it always catches my eye when we go.  yummy yummy, hope you enjoy whatever flavor you pick!  hmm.....I may have to make a cupcake run later this week..../.

Sprinkles are good, but Cupcakes on Scottsdale and McDonald are WAY better!  Those are the best cupcakes ever!

The white frosting was way sweet and the batter really tasted out of the box, like something I could have made here at home with a box of Betty Crocker. And I dont know how long they keep them out but mine seemed like it was out all day.

Sucks about that peanut butter one, DH really loved his. I think, not sure, Shawna got the Chocolate marshmellow and it was good.

I agree with Lyndsey that Cupcakes is better (and I even used to do the PR for Sprinkles) Half the time Sprinkles' cupcakes are too dry. I am a huge fan of their Chai Latte Cupacake, but that's only available on Fridays. They Peanut Butter Chip is good too, but I think it's only available on Wednesdays and Fridays. Pumpkin Should be available everyday right now though because it's their fall specialty flavor. You should double check about that with them. Those are really good.
