Jardince - NYD brunch
What brunch foods do you serve that you can keep fresh and hot for 4 hours during an open house? Please tell me you don't fuss with made to order eggs lol
I can think of plenty of cocktail open house apps that could sit out, but not many brunch foods.

Nope - no eggs to order at this party...I'm not that crazy!
I put out the food in stages. We set out brunch foods in the morning when it first starts and then switch over to more lunch foods. I do have a chafing dish (and borrow another one from my mom) so that seems to help with keeping things warm. While the first set of food is out, I have the second set baking/warming in the oven. It makes things really easy and doesn't require any stress (which I love)!
Let me see if I can find the menu for last year on my computer (haven't started working on this year, yet)!
