How much would you pay?
How much would you pay for a 2003 Chevy Venture minivan that is fully loaded? I know someone who is selling one and I am tempted, but we also have payments on my car. We will probably need a van next year sometime because we will hopefully have a third child by then.

It really depends on the amount of km's.
My H buys worn down vehicles, fixes them up and then flips them for a profit so I am pretty good at telling what is a appropiate price for a used vehicle.
If they vehicle has 20km's per year old then they should get fair black book price. So for a 2003 that would be 140,000 km's to get the black book price. If it has more than that I would offer them less and vice versa.
