Hey I think I saw on H&F (I lurk on there sometimes for inspiration, lol) that you went to a Registered Dietician. What sorts of things did you work on with him/her? I have a lot of weight to lose and was wondering if it would be worth it since I can use my HRA account to pay for it. Can you tell me a little bit about it, in general?
If I have you confused with someone else, just ignore me

Re: **MrsAngelaA**
Its me!!
We talked about my goals, what I was eating then, how it made me feel, my fitness level/goal, etc.
She also weighed me and took a measurement of my waist.
Since I eat mainly "clean" with lots of whole foods, WHAT I eat didn't change, just HOW and WHEN I eat it.
She gave me an "exchange" list for my whole day. Its specific for each person, but for example:
Breakfast: 2 grains, 1 fruit, 1 water, 1 dairy.
Then, she gives you examples and measurements of what "1" of each item equals.
I was 134.6lbs going in, 2 -3 weeks later I was 129, now, 126. The range she gave me is 118-126lbs. I feel great and I am so glad that I went!
