Have you tried the Mr. Clean Magic Erasers on the walls? We had some ink on some walls at work and those things took it right off. As well as some really ugly other stuff that was on the walls.
Worth a shot maybe?
Re: JENN!
We tried the Magic eraser on some other stain on the walls and it left oily spots. I usually swear by the magic eraser but the builder used crappy cheap flat paint and so there's no safe scrubbing. We were already planning to repaint the whole house in another sheen because we have too many kids and pets for flat paint, now we just have to do it sooner than we had planned.
What worked the best was toothpaste. We covered the ink with tooth paste, let it dry for 10 minutes and it washed right off of most of the surfaces.

I did not see the original post, is it ink on your walls? Rubbing alcohol works amazingly well with taking out ink stains-I'm not too sure if it would work on walls, but I think it would.
When we moved into our old townhouse, I had a box that had the moving tape on it and I slid it across the top of a cabinet and it left a horrible black line that I tried everything on. Finally a friend came over and said to try lighter fluid, I did and it took it off like nothing. It did not eat the paint or anything. Amazing...
Jenn- definitely try Krud Kutter. That stuff is awesome. We had our condo painted in the summer and our crappy painter dropped paint on our carpet. A few sprays and a little bit of muscle and it was gone. Then our dearest little Godson came over and got into the crystal light drop'ins, it ended up on our newly painted walls. Didn't see it so it set in!!! But...again, the Krud Kutter took it right out!
Definitely worth a try:)
