Grrr.....

I'll preface this post by saying it is a total vent...

I work with the nosiest person on the earth.  I'm in a REALLY snotty mood right now, and I'm about to lose it on her.  Someone brought a BUNCH of candy for Halloween and even all the chocolate I've consumed from that hasn't helped my mood.

When she walks by my desk on the way to hers she walks sideways because she's looking to see what I'm doing.  Seriously.  I've taken to turning around and staring at her when I hear her shuffling approach.

If I go talk to her cube-mate she will turn around from her desk and actively listen.  Actually, she does this if anyone talks with anyone else in our area. It doesn't matter what the conversation is about, work or personal, she is listening.  And doesn't hide the fact that she is doing so.

When she does overhear a work-related conversation that so far hasn't included her, she'll dig through her documentation to find her answers to what is being talked about.  Doesn't matter if she knows everything that is going on or not.

This afternoon at lunch she stepped on my foot in her haste to see the picture in a magazine I was talking about with someone else in the kitchen.

Five o'clock can not come soon enough.
