Ulta Salon - Manchester
Lurker coming out.
Has anyone tried out the hair salon at the Ulta in Manchester? I am in desperate need of a good cut and color/highlight, but am on a budget.
If not, any other recommendations? I'm in the Ellington area.

I'm not sure how helpful this will be, but a girlfriend of mine lives in Rocky Hill, and she has her hair done at the beauty school in Wethersfield. I think she's brave for going there, but her hair always comes out gorgeous, and she gets cuts/golden highlights for dirt cheap.
