I bailed on H on a concert we were supposed to go to (I;m uber bummed, I'm just too tired- it was Social D...ughhhh I am kicking myself for not going)....and now I'm trying to decide if I want to be healthy and roast vegetables (meh- I had homemade uber healthy veggie/bean/minestrone soup for lunch) or if I want something like chinese food or pizza. But that just isn't very good for me, is it. What are you having?

Re: WFD?
We're having spaghetti and meatballs - kinda become a staple at my place since it's one thing JJ will eat on a regular basis.
What would I rather have? Chinese.
We're having pot roast with mashed potatoes and some kind of vegetable. Most likely peas or green beans. Nothing fabulous, but DH has been working in the yard all day picking up leaves so I'm sure he'll be ready for something hearty.
What about making something Asian inspired at home? Stir fry and some noodles?
The Sand in My Snow Boots
We're pretty much having what Ebony's having. Whole wheat pasta with tomato sauce and TJ's turkey meatballs.
My goal this week is to not go to the store, so I will be getting very creative towards the end of the week. Of course, I have most of a batch of veggie soup in my freezer.
I have a number of unhealthy things in my freezer- Stouffer's lasagna, cheesy Texas toast, two frozen pizzas...probably something of that nature. C is supposed to call me on his way home, so probably pizza since the lasagna takes like an hour and a half.
(As you can probably tell the lasagna annoys me. I'm not really a Stouffer's lasagna kind of person, and DH is so impatient that we'll probably never actually make it.)
No idea. We had Popeye's last night because we saw a commercial that the crawfish was back... and then we both had sick stomachs. So I'm not that keen on junk food for dinner tonight.
But we're not cooking - we have to do a second pour on the batch of Chocolate Decadence candles we made last night, and take photos of the Healing Tea candles and new Dead Sea mud mask for the website/blog. Getting good shots can take a while, especially photographing glass (like the mud mask jars).
