I just saw your post on E about jeans. I have to second Pac Sun. That's about the only place I can find jeans that I don't have to hem at all. (I'm barely 5'2".) They have a lot of different fits and colors, and I love that they're almost always on sale 2/$55.
I recently bought two pairs of PETITE jeans from NY and Company and The Loft. I had to hem the NY&C jeans 8" and The Loft ones 5.5". Petite, my a$s!

No way! I deeefinitely have hips and a bootie, and I have a pair of jeans from Pac Sun that I may be buried in I love them so much. I must just be good at stuffing my a$s into a pair of pants and forcing them to stretch - it's definitely a bit of work getting into 'em. I won't lie.
Why is it on the days I'm too busy to check on all the boards is when I get paged?
I ended up running over to the mall on my lunch break and bought 2 pair from PacSun. They are a bit more low cut than usual and my hip/back fat is more visible than in some jeans but I bought them anyway. 2 for $55! And now its just more motivation to get rid of that fat area.
