Looking for a place for "high tea".
I am loking for a place to take DD for high tea before the Nutcraker. I know the Heathman Hotel has tea, but is there somewhere else? I would love to find a english style tea house.

I was going to suggest the Heathman.
The TeaZone is one of my favorites but it's much more casual.

I think that Victoria Manson that sits near I5 in N Portland has tea times during their Christmas Light Celebration.
