Baking Fever!
I don't know what it is about football but it makes me want to bake. I am making Rice Pudding, White Chocolate Blondies and Apple pie today.

Ohyummy! I had some mini Pumpkin Tarts the other day and that has put me in a mood for all things Pumpkin! (I think the pumpkin tarts are sold at Kroger... I'm going to scope it out since I need to run out this week for more Pepsi! Low on caffienne.... crash time... watch out!)
I usually make my "annual" fall homemade-from-scratch apple pie. But not this weekend... I'm PO'd at DH so he's been crossed off my list for the rest of the day.
Share some recipies for us when you get done. I'll put smell-o-vision on my computer
I'll get some recipes out here soon. I made pumpkin bars last week that were really good. So good, I forgot to make the frosting. I finally sent them away to friends so I wouldn't eat the whole pan.
Being a SAHM now I cook alot more. I hopefully in time (in a few years) will open a catering/bakery business.
