I've been losing weight for about 9 months. It's had it's ups and downs with injuries and some time off. Some months I've lost nothing, but the muscle growth and definition is very noticable.
My watch no longer fits. It's a bracelet style and slides off my wrist. It's easily fixable though by having the jeweler remove links. My rings were always loose because I don't like tight rings. But since it's getting cooler out, they're hitting my middle knuckle and easily pull off. I'm afraid that with 10 more pounds and the cold winter air, I'll lose them. But I also don't want to resize them and and not be able to wear them in the summer when I tend to swell up.
And I feel a bit naked without them.

Re: At what point do I get my wedding rings re-sized?
I'd wait. Get one of those snuggies (I know they aren't super attractive, but who's looking at your palms anyway??) to get you through.
Personally, I'm waiting to get to my goal weight and maintain it for a few months before I resize.
You can go to a jeweler and get a temporary thing that will resize it smaller. I forget what it's called, but I had one on my ring. It's just a thin piece of metal that they put on it as a kind of spacer. Ask a jeweler, they will know what you are talking about.
HTH, even if it is a little vague.
