What do I need to harvest?

The next few nights the low in my area will be 35,31 & 36, with the highs of 60-63 for the next 3 days.  By the beginning of next week we will be up to the mid 70's again.  In my garden I still have romaine lettuce, 2 tomato plants and 2 banana pepper plants.  Do I have to harvest it all tonight or can I cover everything up with sheets?

Re: What do I need to harvest?

  • I just harvested my pepper plants. I pulled my tomatoes out a while back because this year's heat did them in. You could cover them up and then remove the sheet in the morning.
