Hopefully!! I was talking to him last night and he said he felt like he was getting sick, so he BETTER not be sick tonight! He's coming over to my house and we're gonna have dinner and watch a movie. Dakota was very good last time he was over so hopefully she continues that trend! I'm thinking of cooking dinner cuz he always takes me out and pays so I want to contribute! I have no idea what to make though!?! I know he doesn't like seafood. And he's lactose intolerant but still eats dairy haha. So something chickeny. My only grand idea was chicken parmesan, cuz it doesn't have THAT much cheese on it (right?) but then I have no idea what veggies to have with it. Or pasta? Does pasta go with that? Man I need to cook more.
Re: Hot date tonight!
Spaghetti with chicken parm.... and garlic bread.
This.
Woohoo hot date!!
Garlic? C'mon, girls! What if they want to make out after dinner?!
I thought the wine was to kill any of the potential germs so Hayley doesn't catch the bug while they make out.
Here's a really easy and great chicken parmesean recipe!

I suggest this to. Its great and you don't have to use cheese.

Yes to the chicken parm! Serve it over spaghetti with garlic bread on the side. Add a side salad and you have a complete meal. And wine - definately a nice red wine.
Dessert - something chocolatey! Brownies would be simple...
HAHA Good luck with your date!
I love multitasking products.
Hahahaha you guys are funny. He doesn't drink wine, and I don't like reds, so that's out!
Oh well might be a moot point cuz he just told me he has a fever! Grrrr.
Well, you don't HAVE to drink red wine!! I've never been one to match my wine with what I'm having for dinner. I drink whatever I want with whatever meal I happen to choose.
Sucks about the fever though. Maybe he can still come over and you can make him some soup or something? Or make some and then bring it to him?
Thats a good idea
You can drink beer with Italian food. I've done it.
Put it in a nice glass instead of a can, and walla!
Too bad about him being sick. Looks like a raincheck date to me. I can't imagine wanting to be on a date if I had a fever. Hope he gets better soon!
Yeah, if he's sick I like the soup idea.
This looks like a good recipe. You'll get major brownie points for being sweet and making it and then it's his turn to buy again lol.
I'm super late jumping in here, but going way back to one of the early posts about whether or not to serve the cheese, definitely DON'T do the cheese if he's lactose intolerant.
It usually makes them flatulent. You don't want any part of that...especially if you're having a slumber party!
Rrrrrro-o-o-o-wwww
Aww love it!
