Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Happy update
Well, the last 48 hours have been a complete whirl-wind.
Late tuesday night my boss that went to another firm called me, and said that one of the employees turned in his notice, and he was pushing for them to hire me. Yesterday morning around 10am, he called me again, and said that I would be getting an offer, and things would move quick, so to start backing up files I needed from my laptop and such.
A half hour later - a Sr. Partner at his new firm, called, and offered me a job, to start the next day -- today!!!
So far so good, it was a little over-whelming. A lot of information to take in, as it was the last day of the person I'm replacing. He's taking the position below him, so her last day will be next week.
I'm super excited - this firm is much more upscale than where I was at before. Very well respected, and lots of room for growth!
