Friday & Weekend!
TGIF!! What does everyone have planned today and this weekend? Any exciting activities, dates, trips?
I have nothing to do tonight. (boring!) I think yall will be proud of me, I made my first meal in the crock pot yesterday!! Saturday me and H will go to some bar place if he gets off at a decent time. I can't remember the last time he got of on time on a saturday. Then Sunday I think we will be hanging out with the families because my brother will be in town. He is stopping thru here on his way back from a hunting trip, so that will be nice!
EDIT: And I started my Shutterfly Photo Book today, so i'm really excited about that, it's really fun so far!
Baby Jaxon born 8/18/2012 @ 9:53am, 7lb 2oz!! At 37 weeks 5 days due to Pre-E via C-section.

no fun going out plans for this weekend. We are going to get our trees cut, pour concrete into the sidewalk, and clean/organize the house some more.
Ditto...no real fun plans here either. We'll be painting the new place all weekend. His grandparents are on their way up now since his g-pa is a painter so that'll be fun (I hope). As long as they don't surprise us with his mother tagging along too, we'll be ok!
Oh and hopefully going to get my new DL either today or tomorrow!
We leave for Antigua in... 21 hours and 30 minutes. Not that I'm bragging or anything...
No plans here either.
I am working 12 - 8 and DH works 4 - 1 tonight so our Friday is shot. Tomorrow I have to coach early in the morning and then again on Sunday. DH works super early both Saturday and Sunday and then Sunday night too.
I really need to clean the house while DH is working. No fun at all.
I made my first crock pot meal in like 10 years.
I made a pot roast, turned out well, but felt like I had to do some after doctoring to the gravy. What did you make?
I need to catch up on some work for some of my smaller clients that I have been ignoring. Will be nice to spend the weekend at home and without any house guests.

Alicia- I made this soup/chili thing my grandma taught me a long time ago. 2lb ground beef, 3 cans minestrone soup, 2 cans ranch style beans, I can rotel, I can water, then put it in the crockpot in that order and let it sit for 6 hours then done. It's good with cornbread. Super easy but still proud of myself! haha
That's where we were originally going to go on our HM, but we decided on St Lucia instead. Have a good time!!
Tonight we are going to go out for some drinks with some friends, tomorrow H is going hunting and I'm going to spend the day with my sister. Other than that, probably catch up on some laundry and do a bit of cleaning.
Nothing too exciting going on here,
Tonight we are going out to dinner as usual for Firday nights, tomorrow we have DH nephews B-day party, then Sunday will probably be cleaning, laundry and football.
Tomorrow I've got to get some yardwork done, like mowing the grass, and planting the iris a work friend gave me. My mom said it's hundreds of dollars worth of flowers - the friend was splitting her late mother's flowers so they could keep growing.
Sunday we're going to the Raiders game with my parents, which should be fun because they're actually winning this season.
Tonite is cleaning, cleaning, laundry, organizing!! I know I lead such a boring life..........but I actually enjoy going home and be with H rather then my single friends out til 4 am boozing it up!
Tommorow I have to return some stuff to Kohls, start christmas shopping!! Tommorow night is date nite: dinner & Movie!
We're going to the Raiders v. Kansas City Chiefs game on Sunday! This will be our first game as a married couple. It will be raining but we'll be drunk so we won't notice. I'll be sure to take pics to document this.
Does anyone else keep track of their "firsts" as a married couple?
Don asked me this morning to go out to dinner, he says he just wants to, but I think it's because today is my Dad's birthday and it's always a rough day for me (next month will be 9yrs that he's been gone).
Tomorrow I have a training class from 1-4 for the new skincare line I'm starting to sell. After that it'll be massive cleaning of the downstairs since people are coming over on Sunday. Then I have to bake some goodies for the party on Sunday too.
Sunday, I'm having my launch party of the new skincare line that I'll be selling. So far only 3 people have confirmed and I have about 5 others that are still maybes...if only the 3 show up it won't be much of a "launch" party.
Tonight we're going to a high school football game (the school Sam teaches at and I went to) Sam's best "school" friend is the football coach and this is the biggest game of the year, so we thought it would be fun to go cheer them on. Then afterwards all us "adults" will go to the local dive bar for drinks..yay!
Tomorrow we'll do the "autumn" thing and go up to Tahoe for Apple picking, Apple Donuts, Apple Pie and beer.
Sunday is football and family time.
Can't wait to get out of here!!!!!
Deb- Did you get the two for one deal for your tickets? Sam got all excited because with that deal there may be a chance that the Raiders won't be blacked out this weekend.
Yup, did exactly that. We tried getting a big group to go, but that didn't work out, thanks flaky friends. Keeping my fingers crossed that they won't be blacked out this Sunday, and every Sunday until the season's over.
My sponsor is with me for the first 90 days and does all my parties while I sit back and learn. So, I wasn't worried about speaking...I just am nervous that after my few parties that I have scheduled that no one else will ask to host a party and I won't have anyone around to buy product.
Jen, did you figure out your menu for your party? I saw your post on what's cooking?
Eh, kinda...all i know for sure so far is
cheesecake cupcakes
chicken ranch rollups
but if theres only 3 people coming, haha, i might only need to make 1!
