H & I are going to a birthday party tomorrow for 2 of his cousins. When I asked if I could bring anything, his aunt told me an appetizer. I usually tend to make spinach artichoke dip for appetizers when I go places, but we're visiting my MOH & family to meet their new baby for the 3 hours before we have to be at the party. Im stumped for something that can be served cold. Does anyone have suggestions? If not, I think I'll scale down the dip so I can just reheat it in the microwave. Thanks!

Re: suggestions
Here's what I always bring to family gatherings:
VEGGIE PIZZA
Press out rolls onto pizzapan (or cookie sheet) for crust, bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes. Cool. Mix creamcheese, dressing and mayonnaise and spread on crust. Sprinkle on top of veggieschopped VERY fine: broccoli, carrots, celery, green peppers, cauliflower.
