  • Jen - I joined after your "little break", and I don't believe we've "met"! LOL

But if the wonderful warm welcome back that you're receiving from the girls is any indication, I am very much looking forward to having you back as well :-))

Congrats on your upcoming marriage to the guy of your dreams! And don't ever let anyone give you grief about the time frame, either - my MOH (who is one of my best friends) reconnected with her very first BF (the started dating in the 6th grade, and dated through HS, separated only by college) after not seeing him for 25 years...Both were divorced, but the moment they saw each other they knew they were meant to be!

I wanna say from the time they reconnected until their beautiful wedding this past July, it was something like 4-6 months? But like you, they truly felt that their being together was Divine providence, and I am happy to say that they are the most wonderful couple, as I'm sure you and your FI are as well! Enjoy this special time :-)))

  • Stacy, Jeni is the best of the best, you will love her (lol, way to build up the hype, eh?)!!  No, seriously, Jeni was such a vibrant part of our Knottie board, so supportive and genuine and FUN, it was devastating when she left, and we all felt for her struggles, and many of us kept up with her on FB.

So I know I, and many others, are just elated to know she's found true happiness.

And yes, Jeni, I LOVE that you found your love back where it was waiting for you all along --- what an adorable and special story!  Good for you for following your heart.  And WELCOME BACK!
