Quick question about the chicken curry recipe you posted - is it spicy? DH is very reluctant to try it. I'm thinking I'll keep half the chicken out of the curry mix so he can have it with the rice.

Honestly, not at all. I can't eat spicy food because I'm a major wimp, so the recipe isn't spicy! It can have as much or as little flavor as you want it to have. Make it once and I bet you he will be hooked!
butting in--red curry isnt a spicy curry--just a flavorful one! plus there is coconut milk in it which makes it not spicy at all!
even gerren tried it (he is afraid of all things good and flavorful.)

Shauni~ I thought someone had posted their DH tried it and loved it, but I couldn't remember who!
I didn't think it was spicy, but I haven't had much curry myself. Good to know!
