There is no way in hell that Chilly will last 'til next season. He's just done too much damage to the team off the field to ever make him viable. Even if they win every game from here on out, I doubt he'll be back. He's too polarizing. And crazy.
I don't think they'll get rid of Phillips. No real reason why, just a gut feeling.
I think the Vikings have too much invested in Chilly to let him go. Last year, they signed a 4-yr extension with him. That's an awful a lot of money to pay a coach next year if he will not be coaching.
I just can't see the Vikings letting go of Chilly just yet...but I'd be really surprised if he came back next season [unless the Vikings make some miracle turnaround].
As for Wade...I thought he was as safe as a 1-7 coach can be, but guess not.
