As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Photo in siggy - all I get is blank square
I must be the last person on the face of the planet who cannot get a photo to appear in her siggy despite using the <img src*="YOUR URL HERE" width="180px"> cited in the FAQs.
I've tried uploading photos to Shutterfly and I've tried simply C&Ping the .jpeg address directly from a website if I spot a photo of interest.
I either get a square with a red X in the corner, or a square with the little box of three shapes in the corner.
Can someone talk to me like I'm 5 here? Because apparently that's what I need.

Do you use tinypic.com or a similar site to upload your photo to get the link? I just uploaded a flag from my computer and I used tinypic.com
Okay, so I used the code I got from tinypic.com in both my message above as a PIP and then my siggy and they are both showing up.
Ex. of the code I used: [IM G] http://i51. tinypic.com/30vglzc. gif [/IM G]
Of course the spaces aren't supposed to be there but I did it to make for sure you could see it.
It should look something like this:
<img src="http://www.website.com/photo.jpg">For example...
<img src="http://images.thenest.com/content/tn_sig_">
Thank you!!! I tested this with something less-than-noble but when I have time I'll put a real photo in there.
