Still waiting on our Closing date....
Hi Everyone,
At the end of September we found a house even though we weren't looking. It was such a deal we had to jump on it. We purchased a Fannie Mae Property in Cherry Hill. We signed papers and were supposed to close last Friday. Now, since the entire foreclosure mess were big lenders were just Robo signing foreclosures we are stuck waiting for them to review the title a second and third time to make sure everything is ok...which is fine...I just am anxious to get started on the work. It's rehab and we are planning to go green with it.
Now we are just waiting ...waiting...and waiting...
