WWYD re: our (potential) new house...
So the stove at the new house does not come with a broiler pan (I know, WTF?). Should we negotiate a lower price to compensate, ask them to replace it before closing, or just suck it up and live without one? Ugh, the home buying process is so stressful!!!!
Re: WWYD re: our (potential) new house...
I don't know, do you really love the house?
That might be a deal breaker for me.
Listen, hooker, I am the queen of broiler pan issues. I say you force them to get you a gold plated one with pink ponies and glittery Justin Biebers on it, and if they don't, force them to drop the price at least $10k.
Or, take the one from your old house and let whoever buys your house deal with it. Eff 'em.
A broiler pan is serious business, yo.
LOL I think you should do this!
