Book Club??

I'm wondering if anyone would be interested in doing a book club?  I was in a chick lit book club in PA and it was so fun!  I LOVE to read but really want to read light and easy books.  It was nice to have a group of ladies to hang out with monthly for dinner/drinks/coffee and talk about the books. 

 I thought I'd start here to see if there was any interest.

I might be interested.  I love reading BUT I can be an incredibly slow reader and take a long time to get through books as I usually just read at night before going to bed.  Maybe if I had other people to be accountable to I'd do better.

It's a cool idea but I don't love reading so I def. wouldn't finish a book in time to talk about it nor would I want to buy all the books. HAHA I'm lame, I know.

I would love to, but my participation would be based on what the books were.  If I don't like a book early on, I will rarely persevere, which isn't a good quality in a book club person!

i'm interested....  but i'll be quite honest though, after reading for school the only fun books i have time for are audio books that i listen to at work.  i go through a few a week that way. 

just finished best friends forever by jennifer wiener (think 'in her shoes' and 'good in bed') and am currently "reading" 'the secret garden' (yes the kid's book - i never read it before).
