Is this cheating?

B got a doll stroller 2 years ago for xmas. The seat has a hole in it. I am going to "throw it away" a few weeks before xmas. I will make a new seat out of some cute fabric and wrap it up for C for xmas. Thats not cheating to bad right? lol

I don't think so! She will think its "new" anyways. I really don't think that kids care if its new(until they are older) just as long as they get something

haha I always feel bad bc C gets all the hand-me downs. I know she has no idea but I still feel guilty. lol. But this will be basically "new" for her.

I actually had a similar conversation with someone last week about how her younger son doesnt know what "new" clothes are b/c he gets all the hand me downs.

I dont think it's cheating. She is going to love it and not know the difference and you are goign to save money. So it's a win-win.

I think it's a good idea! She'll probably never even realize that it isn't new.
