Long shot from NJ...Bears tickets?
I know I might be nuts coming over here and asking, but my husband is a die hard Bears fan, and I'd LOVE to take him to a game for his 30th birthday. So, my questions are...if I were to fly from NJ to Chicago, do you think that two days would be enough to come in for a game? Also, where are some good places to stay? And finally, where would you recommend that I look for tickets? I suppose there's no chance that anyone here has season tickets and would be willing to sell me some? Hope this all doesn't sound nuts...but I've been trying to put this together for YEARS.
Thanks!
Re: Long shot from NJ...Bears tickets?
Try stubhub.com for tickets.
I think 2 days is plenty, you can easily get downtown from Midway or O'Hare airport. Both have public transportation to the city.
I'd recommend staying downtown at hotels around the Magnificent Mile. Hotels may have shuttles to and from the game, so I'd google that!
stubhub is probably the best place to look, but they'll be expensive.
there are a handful of hotels on S. Michigan Ave that are within an easy walking distance... Best Western Grant Park, Hilton Towers, The Essex, The Congress, just to name a few.
Because we're fancy like that.
