As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. Jocelyn update
We saw the ortho at 2 pm and unfortunately he didn't tell us much that we didn't already know. Fractures (breaks not all the way thru), bend in the tibia, elevate leg to reduce swelling, tylenol, ice for pain. Shin injuries apparently come with a lot of swelling, so we will be headed back on Wednesday morning 9:40 am to get a cast put on. Hopefully the swelling is gone by that time.
Jos seems to be in good spirits, watching endless Princess movies, trying to play kitchen and Barbies while sitting on the floor. A tad fussy from being overtired, but what else is new? LOL!

I just read your first post--poor Jocelyn and poor mommy! My good friend's son broke his leg around Jocelyn's age--they were going down a slide together and his leg got caught under hers and just broke. She felt horrible!!
Kids, are like Nerf. Really, they are. If they break, they bounce back... as we get older, THAT's when it really gets worse for healing.
I'll pray that she feels better soon!!
