moisturizer, do you make your own?
I'm out of moisturizer and jumped online to research, I had been using the gel clinique one, but just wanted to see what else was out there and ran into a lot of sites of making your own, what do you ladies think? what moisturizer do you use? do you make your own? do you want to share your recipe? Any input is appreciated, thanks!
Re: moisturizer, do you make your own?
I used to use avacado oil for my face until I found Keys Luninous. I love the way it makes my skin look and feel and doesn't have any scary chemicals.
For the rest of my body, I use straight shea butter. I used to make lotion with other oils and essential oils but the straight shea butter works just as well. I order it in bulk from http://www.shop.agbangakarite.com/category.sc?categoryId=2. They also have recipes on their website. It's a part of Alaffia who makes lotions. You can buy the pure shea butter in fancy packaging under the Alaffia brand but it's significantly cheaper to get in bulk.
Tired after a long morning of hiking and swimming.
