Hello my ladies! How did everyone do this week? I hope we have some good news to share, but if not we will encourage you to do better next week! Would someone be able to start this thread for me next week and the week after? I'll be going to, then coming home from Vegas and won't be around.
Today, let's talk about scales and weighing in. What kind of scale do you own, and how often do you weigh in, if at all, and why?
*I did better this week than last, which is shocking because I'm due in 2 days. I re-lost the pound I gained last week, so I'm happy..especially with that pre-period bloat!. As for my scale, I have a cheapo electronic scale that only goes by .5. Surprisingly, though, it's accurate with the fancy old school scale my dr. has in his office. My SIL has a Weight Watchers scale and it goes by .1 which I think is fab!

This is a really great question this week. As I am questioning the accuracy of my scale. It claims that I have gained 4 pounds in one week. UM, WTF. Can that even be possible? I haven't changed my eating habits and we gave out all the Halloween candy. This doesn't make any sense to me. Maybe I got a bogus reading last week and this week is accurate? I don't know.
I am recommited to WW this week. Even if it does lesson my milk supply. I am sick of these last ten pregnancy pounds. I saw a picture of myself at a wedding yesterday, OMG. Pretty much one of the nastiest things I have ever seen. So hopefully Fenugreek will make up the slack.
On the bright side, I put on a pair of my prepregnancy jeans last week and they fit. They were my 'fat' jeans. But it is on small step for Ashleykind.

I started doing the 30 day shred again on Monday and have done it everyday so far. I'm hoping to stick with it 5-6 days a week for the next 2 months. I'm going to try not to weigh myself obsessively this time around. I took some measurements last night so I can keep track of any inches that I lose.
I'm not planning on making any huge changes to my eating habits except maybe to stop snacking so much. I've been a snacker my whole life so it's a very hard habit to break. I'm not trying to stop snacking completely, just make them smaller, healthier snacks. Over the last year and a half we've started eating better and I'm not willing to diet so we'll see where consistent exercise gets me.
